General conditions of Sale


The general sales conditions set out below, are intended valid and fully accepted for any order received at Giglio Fiorentino Sas and are an integral part of each order.

The sale is carried out only wholesale, reserved exclusively for sector operators and VAT holders. The online sale is performed upon registration, free and non-binding, and approval of Giglio Fiorentino Sas, which reserves the right to cancel any registration with a simple email communication, even without providing any justification.

Giglio Fiorentino Sas reserves the right to vary the following conditions use of the service at any time without notice, is therefore the customer's responsibility to keep updated on the conditions of sales by visiting the website at:


New orders from the website are subjected to the approval of Giglio Fiorentino Sas. Orders must respect the minimum parcel listed on the site, and may not be under €300.00 + VAT value. The availability of the ordered goods is only guaranteed after the order reception confirmation, therefore Giglio Fiorentino Sas disclaims any responsibility for any damages resulting from improper use of the website (Non-sale or non-delivery).


Payments must be made in accordance with the following Giglio Fiorentino Sas' accepted methods:

A. BANK TRANSFER. Upon receipt of the order confirmation of the indicated amount. National and international bank details can be found at: After 5 working days from order confirmation, if the payment is not received, the order will be canceled.

B. PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD. Upon receipt of the order confirmation for the amount shown through the website. After 5 working days from order confirmation, if the payment is not received, the order will be canceled.

C. CHEQUE. The goods will be shipped only after the accounting of the check by our bank institute. This payment method is not applicable for orders whose
total amount exceeds € 1,000.00 VAT, shpping costs included.


The transport costs are charged to the customer and they are calculated in relation to weight, volume of packages and their destination, and they will be previously communicated in the order confirmation. The goods travel at risk and danger of the buyer who, in its own interest, must check before removing the seals, the integrity and quantity of packages received.
All complaints or claims must be immediately directed to the carrier at the moment of the delivery.
Giglio Fiorentino Sas will not be responsible for missing or tampered packages not directly reported to the carrier at the moment of the delivery. In case of impossible delivery of the goods dued to absent recipient or other reasons not attributable to Giglio Fiorentino Sas or courier, all the additional costs of transport and storage will be charged to


Delivery terms are purely indicative and have no contractual value.


All prices are VAT excluded. Giglio Fiorentino Sas reserves the exclusive right to make changes to the published price list at any time, even without notice, in case where the cost of components of the individual articles make it necessary.


Wholesale sales do not expected the return of one or more items purchased unless damaged. Any complaints for received damaged goods should be sent in writing to Giglio Fiorentino Sas via e-mail at: no later than 8 days from the reception of the goods. The email should report the code, the number of parts, and the number and date of the invoice of the purchased products. It also needs to report the attachment of a photo of the damaged products.
The return of goods must be authorized by Giglio Fiorentino Sas. Authorized returns must be sent to Giglio Fiorentino Sas customs free, with packing slip and related purchase details.


The photos on the site are intended to have information purposes only and they may be subjected to change without notice. Logos and possibly mentioned or shown on the website belong to their legitimate owners.


Giglio Fiorentino Sas remains owner of the goods until the full payment of the items by the customer, even if sold to third parties.


Any dispute shall be settled by the Court of Florence.
